About the client:
Johnson & Johnson is a multinational corporation primarily focused on the development, manufacturing, and marketing of a wide range of healthcare products. Founded in 1886, the company operates in three main segments: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer health products, making it a prominent player in the global healthcare industry.
About the project:
The main goal of the customer connect platform is to enable the users to acquire all the necessary medical equipment and supplies, with none or as little intervention of a sales representative. Users can navigate, search and view a large amount of products from different franchises, as well as place, cancel and track orders at any time.
The users where failing to complete those tasks by themselves, and therefore the need to involve a sales representative was always present.
My main tasks included, but were not limited to: Assisting with the platform auditing and improving upon their current UX; creating high fidelity mockups utilizing their proprietary components library; proposing UX/UI enhancements and creating new components if necessary; and prototyping and defining base dev guides to develop the MVP.
The following sections of the platform were enhanced:
Landing page
Login and register
Product catalog search and view
Product new/recurrent order
Order History
Cancel items or orders
Return request
Profile
Dashboard, account management and reports
Misc.
